DELIVERY CONDITIONS

 

Your order will be delivered by the shipping service provider DHL. The ordered goods will be dispatched within the EU using the ‘Standard shipping’ method. The parcel is insured up to a value of €500.

 

In order to guarantee a flawless delivery, it is essential that you provide correct and complete data during the ordering process (no incorrect address, recipient could not be found, etc.).

 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

The standard delivery time in Germany is 2 to 4 days and 5 to 7 days in all available EU countries. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

 

During promotional periods such as Easter, Black Friday or Christmas, the processing and delivery time of your order may increase. We apologise for this.

 

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

Shipping costs per order are 4.95 € per order for delivery within Germany and 14.95€ for delivery within the available EU countries, including the applicable statutory VAT.

The shipping costs are calculated and automatically displayed during the payment process.
